Good Country Hemp values customer satisfaction. The following Delivery Policy applies to all Good Country Hemp customer orders.

Physical goods

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your Email Address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post or alternative courier within 5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If goods are sent via courier, the parcel will be delivered to your house, and if you are not at home they will leave a notification of attempted delivery to collect the parcel at your nearest collection agency location. This location may be a news agency or an allocated business which you will have to go and collect yourself, once the parcel is at the agency we cannot move it from there. Free delivery is offered for orders over a certain value, except for designated “bulk items” which attract a delivery charge. This delivery charge depends on the destination and is shown on the checkout screen prior to you making final payment.
