Hemp Crusted Salmon

INGREDIENTS:

2 salmon fillets

4 tablespoons “Good Country Hemp” hemp seed

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

juice of 1 lime

juice of 1/2 a lemon

2 tsp “Good Country Hemp” hemp seed oil

cracked black pepper

drizzle of “Good Country Hemp” lemon dressing

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 180oC

Line a baking tray with paper

Pat salmon fillet dry with paper towel

Place salmon skin side down on tray

Drizzle 1 tsp of “Good Country Hemp” hemp seed oil over each fillet and rub in to salmon

In a mixing bowl, combine “Good Country Hemp” hemp seed, parmesan cheese, lime juice and lemon juice

Press seed mix onto the top of each salmon fillet

Crack some pepper over the top to your liking

Place in oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until salmon is flakey

Serve with “Good Country Hemp” lemon dressing
