Hemp oil is a highly beneficial supplement to any horses’ diet for specific natural treatment of joint conditions and arthritis. Also for overall health, hoof repair, itchy skin and may help with colic prevention.

Hemp oil contains good amounts of Omegas 6 and 3 in a 3:1 ratio which is considered ideal for animal health. It also contains vitamins and minerals, anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds (GLA’s) for natural pain relief. Hemp seed oil is generally considered to be the superior plant-based oil for oral consumption, with no trans fats and no sugar.

Dosage rates:

  • Ponies 30 to 50mL per day
  • Horses – 50mL per day for maintenance, up to 80mL per day for building condition.

Made from 100% South Australian grown hemp seeds, cold pressed in South Australia. No additives.
