Wild rice & hemp salad

Try this great tasting healthy rice salad to spice things up.

1 1/2 cups uncooked rice/quinoa mix
3 spring onions or chives
1 red capsicum
1 green capsicum
1 cup cooked sweetcorn
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup cashews
2 tblspn parsley
2 tblspn hemp seeds

Cook rice and chop remaining ingredients, mix together, add following dressing:
4 tblspn hemp oil
2 tblspn soy sauce
1 tblspn lemon juice
1 tspn sugar
1 tspn ground ginger powder
1 tspn garlic granules (or chopped fresh garlic)
salt & pepper to taste

Try this easy summer salad and add some color to your table. It’s got some spice but best of all it’s got hemp seeds and hemp seed oil.
