Avo & Hemp on Rye

Healthy and filling to strengthen your immune system.

Method – Thickly slice your favourite Rye bread onto a plate. Spread Ricotta (or Tzatziki for vegan) generously. Place rocket and slice or smash your avocado on top. Sprinkle roasted pumpkin, hemp and sesame seeds. Finish by drizzling hemp oil for extra nutrition and flavour, salt and pepper to taste.

Rye bread sliced
1 Ricotta or Tzatziki
1 avocado
100g Rocket
1 tsp Pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp Hemp seeds
1 tsp Sesame seeds
2 tsp Hemp oil
Salt and pepper.
