Raspberry & Hemp Smoothie

High in Omega-9 to Omega-3, dairy free smoothie

Method – Blitz raspberries and pour into a glass. Blitz Hemp protein, chia seeds, half a banana and almond milk. Pour on top of raspberry blitz. Blitz dates coconut milk and peanut butter and poor on top. Finish with fresh berries, almond chunks and honey.

Ingredients –
1 Punnet Raspberries
1/2 Banana
300mL Almond milk
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Hemp protein
1/4 Cup Dried dates
100mL Coconut milk
1 tsp Peanut butter
1 tsp Honey
4 Almonds
