Roasted Sweet Potato & Hemp

Packed with iron and protein for a healthy body

Method – Dice then toss the Sweet potato in sage and balsamic vinegar. Roast for 10 min at 180°C. Add fresh spinach, sliced avocado, chickpeas to a serving bowl. Add sweet potato once cooled. Finish by dusting hemp seeds, sesame seeds and a generous drizzle of hemp oil. Season with salt & pepper.

1/2 Avocado
1/2 Sweet potato
200g Spinach
1/2 Cup Chickpeas
2 tsp Sage
3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Hemp seeds
1 tsp Sesame seeds
2 tsp Hemp oil
