CHOCOLATE HEMP CRUNCH CLUSTERS

Ingredients:

100 g of your favourite granola

3 tbsp Good Country Hemp Chocolate Protein

1 tbsp cocoa powder

100 g dark chocolate chips

25 g hemp seeds

25 g desiccated coconut

20 g pepitas or sunflower seeds

40 ml maple syrup

30 ml coconut oil, melted

0.5 tsp vanilla extract

0.5 pinch salt

Method:

In a large bowl, combine granola, chocolate hemp protein powder, cocoa powder, hemp seeds, desiccated coconut and pepitas.

Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil, melted dark chocolate, vanilla and salt. Mix until everything is well coated and clumping together.

Spread the mixture onto a lined tray, pressing it down firmly into an even layer – this is what creates the clusters.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm, then break into chunky clusters.

Serve over yoghurt, smoothie bowls or enjoy as a snack. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
