Hemp Protein Slice

Grease and line a 20cm square tin.

Base:

250g peanut butter

75g maple syrup

80g almond flour

Mix together and press into tin.

Refrigerate.

Centre:

80g coconut oil

100g dark chocolate

85g hemp seed

125g peanut butter

Spread over the base and refrigerate.

Top:

Melt 100g dark chocolate in a dry bowl over simmering water.

Pour over slice.

Sprinkle with extra hemp seed.

Refrigerate until set.

Cut with a warm knife.
